Project Charter
The Project Charter defines the scope and establishes the framework and overall approach for Illinois State University’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Project. The Charter includes background information as well as an overview of the project scope, assumptions, risks and major deliverables. The Charter enables all project participants to work towards a common goal with a common set of expectations.
